Amcor is seeking a Process Engineer in Wisconsin to oversee injection stretch blow mold samplings and qualification services for new products and tooling. You will collaborate with plant technical roles to support startups, validation, and process/tooling improvements while ensuring compliance with specifications.

The role emphasizes DOE, process optimization, and sharing best practices across facilities, with significant travel (50-75%).

Formación

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SPC is beneficial; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Mold samplings and qualification services for new/rebuilt tools.
• Optimize molding process to meet dimensional and cycle time targets.
• Create and maintain Master Process Sheets for injection/blow molding processes.
• Lead training for plant personnel in technical areas as directed.
