Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process Engineer to lead all aspects of injection stretch blow mold samplings and qualification services for new products and mold improvements. You will collaborate with plant technical teams to support startups, validation, and corrective actions while driving process optimization and tooling recommendations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, strong communication, and at least five years in plastics processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' processing experience in plastics packaging.
• Experience with SPC is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mold samplings and qualification services for new, replacement, or rebuilt tooling.
• Optimize molding process to meet dimensional limits within design cycle times.
• Create and maintain Master Process Sheets for injection/blow molding.
