Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee injection stretch blow mold sampling and qualification for new products, improving existing tooling, and validating molds across manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with plant technicians and quality engineers to optimize processes and document best practices.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical engineering knowledge, 5+ years in plastics packaging, and ability to travel 50-75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Experience in plastics packaging and mold tooling is required.
• Strong communication and people skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Mold samplings & qualification on new/rebuilt tools.
• Optimize molding process to meet design specs within cycle times.
• Create Master Process Sheets for injection/blow molding processes.
