Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' processing experience in the plastics packaging industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of mold samplings & qualification services on new, replacement or rebuilt tools.
• Optimize the molding process to meet dimensional limits and cycle time targets.
• Create and maintain Master Process Sheets for injection/blow molding processes.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and train plant personnel in technical areas.
