Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of plastics processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage mold samplings and qualification services for new and rebuilt tools.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional limits and cycle times.
• Develop Master Process Sheets and DOE studies for process capability.
• Collaborate with plant technical teams to support startups and problem solving.
