Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead the pharmacy department for home infusion services. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams to deliver safe patient care.

The role requires a state pharmacy license and 3–5 years in a clean room or infusion pharmacy (or 2 years with additional qualifications). Strong staff training and education skills are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
Active Pharmacy license in the state.
3–5 years in clean room or infusion pharmacy, or 2 years with additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

Directs daily activities of the pharmacy department to ensure delivery of pharmaceutical care.
Oversees compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations for an alternate site.
Coordinates with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams for patient services.
Ensures staff are trained to use computers and admixture devices per policy.
Designs and updates pharmacy care plans for home care patients.
