Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• 3–5 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting (or 2 years plus specific qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Delivers and manages appropriate patient care in home infusion.
• Assesses patients for home care suitability per policy.
• Directs daily activities of the pharmacy department to meet pharmaceutical-care needs.
