Job summary

Option Care Health in California is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the home infusion pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, compliant pharmaceutical care and coordination with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams.

Requires a pharmacy degree, active license, and 3–5 years in clean room or infusion pharmacy; strong staff leadership, time management and customer service skills, with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license in the state.
• 3–5 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting; or 2 years plus related qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and manages appropriate patient care.
• Determines suitability of patients for home care.
• Assesses patients’ suitability for home care in accordance with Option Care policies.
• Directs the daily activities of the pharmacy department to prioritize pharmaceutical care.
• Oversees state and federal regulatory requirements for an alternate site pharmacy.
