Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Platform Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering and product leadership to design and scale operational frameworks that accelerate velocity and stability. You will turn complex, multi‑team dependencies into clear execution roadmaps and drive cross‑functional alignment.

You’ll manage end‑to‑end launches, align OKRs and KPIs with external interfaces, and standardize delivery practices across the department, using Jira/Linear to maintain visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional program management in a fast-growing B2B SaaS/platform.
• Experience leading multi‑team platform migrations or major tech launches.
• Strong data literacy with ability to track metrics and SQL familiarity.
• Clear, empathetic communicator bridging technical concepts and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate long‑term product strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and risk management for platform initiatives.
• Coordinate how we roll out changes to internal teams and client IT partners.
• Establish lightweight, effective delivery processes with visibility.
