Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure to drive large-scale programs across compute, storage, messaging, and data platforms.

This role emphasizes deep technical judgment, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to balance risk while delivering on a long-term infrastructure strategy. You will partner with engineering teams, modernize tooling, migrate clusters, and scale ML serving with a focus on cost visibility and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering and program management across infrastructure domains.
• Strong technical depth: Kubernetes, storage, messaging, ML serving and data platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
• Proven ability to scope, schedule, and drive multi-team programs.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive programs across Reddit's infrastructure stack with multiple milestones.
• Partner with engineering teams as a technical peer to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead large-scale migrations, tooling modernization, and platform evolution efforts.
• Use AI/LLM tooling to automate reporting and improve cost analysis.
• Mentor others and improve processes to reduce toil and raise standards.
