Jobgether is seeking an Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert based in the United States to provide senior advisory leadership across federal, state, tribal, and local programs. You’ll guide planning, funding, delivery, and oversight of complex infrastructure initiatives, balancing technical requirement with regulatory and funding constraints.

You will mentor staff, engage with regulators and utilities, contribute to proposals, and support grant applications and environmental and resilience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, structural, or coastal engineering; planning; architecture; or a comparable discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure planning, design, construction, funding, or program delivery.
• Professional judgment and the ability to provide responsive client service in consulting or public-sector environments.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on infrastructure strategy, project prioritization, funding approaches, delivery models, resilience, and lifecycle considerations.
• Lead technical reviews of project scopes, feasibility studies, analyses, designs, cost estimates, schedules, and construction approaches.
• Guide compliance with federal funding, procurement, environmental, labor, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with infrastructure owners, engineers, regulators, utilities, emergency managers, funding agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Mentor technical staff and coordinate multidisciplinary technical resources.
• Contribute to proposals, client interviews, business development, and thought leadership initiatives.
