Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced construction project leader to drive delivery of public-sector infrastructure, housing, and resilience initiatives in the United States. You will oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality compliance while collaborating with government clients, engineers, inspectors, and contractors.

This role emphasizes strong documentation, risk management, and clear client communication in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years in construction management or owner’s representation.
• Ability to interpret plans and manage costs, schedules, quality.
• Experience with public infrastructure or disaster recovery projects.
• Familiarity with regulated, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong documentation and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction delivery from preconstruction to closeout.
• Review scopes, drawings, cost estimates, schedules, RFIs, and changes.
• Monitor performance, safety, and contract compliance.
• Document site observations and corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports, minutes, and executive briefings.
• Lead progress meetings and coordinate stakeholders.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and document-control standards.
• Support claims prevention and lessons learned.
