Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Grants Strategy and Development Team in Florida, with consideration for Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tallahassee, and other Florida offices. You will lead post-award grant management and compliance, support business development, and guide client engagements across infrastructure projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Urban or Transportation Planning or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience performing complex grant functions including post-award administration and reporting.
• Experience supporting business development and securing advisory engagements with public- and private-sector clients.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines and adapt to client requests for grant development/management.
• Experience with post-award platforms such as FTA TrAMS.
• Uphold WSP Code of Conduct and related safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award grant management and compliance strategies for public infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to business development by expanding post-award grant management contracts.
• Leverage networks to support proposals, marketing, and cross-selling of capabilities.
• Foster client engagement and relationships across projects.
• Ensure grant activities comply with Federal guidelines including 2 CFR 200.
• Develop complex deliverables like milestone and financial reports and grant closeouts.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client services.
• Serve as task lead for grant contracts, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
