Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer based in the United States to lead complex projects in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and commercial development. Remote or hybrid work is available, with a Midwest-focused collaboration across regional offices and clients.

You will mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and drive growth while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required.
• PE license is required to practice as a senior geotechnical engineer.
• At least eight years of progressive geotechnical experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex geotechnical projects across infrastructure sectors.
• Oversee subsurface investigations, analyses, and design recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide regional teams.
