Job summary

WSP USA invites a Senior Consultant to join the Grants Strategy and Development Team in Florida locations including Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando or Tallahassee, or other Florida offices. You will lead infrastructure grant engagements, guiding post-award management and compliance for clients’ grant programs.

The role requires 5–7 years in federal grant functions, strong communication, and familiarity with 2 CFR 200. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Urban or Transportation Planning.
• 5-7 years of complex federal grant experience including post-award and accounting.
• Experience supporting business development and client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Federal regulations including 2 CFR 200.
• Experience with post-award grant management platforms such as TrAMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award grant management and compliance strategies for public infrastructure projects.
• Support business development and grow the Grant Strategy and Development Team’s portfolio.
• Leverage network to support proposals, marketing, and cross-selling of WSP capabilities.
• Foster client engagement and relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Federal guidelines including 2 CFR 200.
• Develop complex post-award deliverables and grant closeout activities.
• Lead task staff for grant assistance contracts and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
