Launch focuses on helping private sector clients reduce improvement costs, mitigate development risks, and improve project profitability through tailored financing strategies. The firm is a leader in using special purpose taxing districts and proprietary tools such as The Launch Bond® and The Launch Sequence™ to simplify complex transactions into clear, actionable plans.
