Job summary

JLL in Mountain View, CA is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure improvement projects end-to-end. You will align scope, time, and cost, manage design, permitting, and construction using established processes, and coordinate diverse teams to meet project goals.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in construction/engineering, 7+ years PM experience, and proficiency with tools like Clarizen and Procore. This on-site role travels as needed and offers robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of project or construction management experience
• 5+ years managing technical infrastructure with MEPSF systems preferred
• Understand HVAC and Renewable Systems architect requirements
• Certification in PE, AIA, LEED or CMAA is an asset
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong understanding of construction industry terms, codes and docs
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects under deadline pressure

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects
• Partner with Client’s Technical Services and stakeholders to optimize delivery
• Develop ROM level project estimates for funding approval
• Prepare and maintain master project schedules and budgets
• Ensure plan scope work structure schedule and budget across parties
• Select and manage project team and resources including subcontractors
• Monitor progress with site visits and procurement tracking
• Lead project meetings, track deliverables and coordinate reviews
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices
• Provide timely project status reporting to stakeholders
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Assistants
