Job summary

JLL in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure projects from design through construction. You will manage scope, time, and cost, coordinating with consultants, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Your role involves leading meetings, tracking progress, reviewing invoices, and ensuring compliance with client policies. On-site, with extensive collaboration across teams, you’ll drive value engineering and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project or construction management experience.
• 3+ years experience with managing technical infrastructure with respect to MEPSF systems (preferred).
• PMP certification or ability to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects.
• Collaborate with Client's Technical Services Team and stakeholders to optimize delivery.
• Develop ROM estimates for funding approval based on project documents.
• Maintain master project schedules and budgets for each project phase.
