Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in San Francisco to deliver high-quality projects from inception to completion. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The role emphasizes collaboration across local and global teams within a dynamic, inclusive environment. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of PM experience in real estate or construction, strong communication, and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create clear and concise reporting for stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Delivering projects: manage from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder management: build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Team leadership: lead and motivate project support teams for high performance.
• Project planning and monitoring: develop plans, track progress, identify and mitigate risks.
• Budget and cost management: track finances, forecast costs, report progress.
• Quality control: ensure deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.
• Continuous improvement: identify process improvements and drive PM practices.
