Job summary

JLL in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial real estate projects and deliver exceptional results for our clients, leveraging your experience to drive strategy and execution.

You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution; collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders; ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards; provide leadership to project teams; and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
• Experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in the South Bay Area.
• Proven record of presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
