Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high engagement and performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, within timelines and budgets.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Leading and motivating project teams to achieve high performance.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and mitigating risks and issues.
• Tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budget and providing accurate forecasts.
• Implementing robust quality control measures to meet high standards.
