Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex commercial real estate projects. You will supervise planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a PMP or equivalent certification, with a minimum of seven years of experience, preferably in the South Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and managing multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional project management services for client projects.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution of projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project success.
• Ensure projects finish on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Provide leadership to project teams and guide them to excel.
• Build and maintain client relationships and understand their goals.
