Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data-center infrastructure projects in San Francisco, CA. You will own cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and client outcomes, directing PMs and coordinators while maintaining delivery standards and rigorous reporting.

The role requires senior-level program management experience in mission-critical environments, with strong commercial leadership and the ability to travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management in data center, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ownership of full project delivery on large, complex, high-value projects.
• Direct oversight of trade contractors in energized construction settings.
• Experience with GMP/NTE or similar contract structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data-center projects.
• Guide PMs, APMs, and coordinators to maintain delivery standards.
• Develop MOPs and provide detailed status reports.
• Conduct procurement, vendor qualification, and contract administration.
• Interface with clients and deliver data-driven reporting.
