Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate project plans and activities across integration teams. You will assist with workplan maintenance, meetings, status reporting, and risk/budget tracking to ensure projects stay on scope, time, and cost.

You will support multiple projects, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help drive timely decision making while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
• Empathetic communication skills
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience
• BS/BA in a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Develop new systems; techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion - assisting integration leaders with day to day tasks, project workplan maintenance, coordination and facilitation of meetings, development and publish of status reporting.
• Track and oversee project costs against project budgets
• Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings; review to track and report project status.
• Reports to the Director of Integration, supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective
