Job summary

Core & Main in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure deliverables meet defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

You will work with the integration team across functions, maintain work plans, prepare status reports, and monitor budgets and risks. A BS/BA and 1–3 years of experience are preferred; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion with day-to-day task support
• Develop new systems and procedures for planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking
• Maintain ongoing work plans and ensure accuracy of reports
• Review plans and schedules for inter-functional alignment and resolve conflicts
• Participate in or lead meetings; report project status and trends
• Track costs against budgets and report variances
