Job summary

Core & Main, a national infrastructure solutions provider, is seeking a Project Coordinator/PM to drive project plans from inception to completion. You will coordinate activities, maintain schedules, assist integration leaders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with clear status reporting.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong organizational and communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• PMP or relevant certification is a plus but not required depending on experience.
• Empathetic communication skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion and publish status updates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and work and cost tracking.
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and meeting facilitation.
• Monitor budgets and report deviations to stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in daily/weekly/monthly project meetings.
• Ensure plans align with master schedule and cross-functional dependencies.
