Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager in the United States to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and support integration projects from inception to completion. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain workplans, track status, and manage budgets.

The role requires 1-3 years in project coordination or management, strong communication, and a BS/BA in a related discipline. PMP certification is preferred but not required based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration and supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective.
• Develop new systems, techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
• Work with project team to drive accuracy of report outs, maintenance of ongoing workplans, and monitor overall health of projects.
• Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings; review to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends.
• Track and oversee project costs against project budgets.
