Job summary
World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure to lead large-scale, client-facing programs across multi-functional teams. You will drive delivery, align with strategic objectives, manage budgets, timelines, and communications with stakeholders and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, develop risk and change management plans, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining strong client relationships and project
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager.
- Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment with external client projects.
- Multisite deployment experience (Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS, etc.).
- Knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- PMP certification is desired.
- Understanding of financial processes; ability to analyze and create financial reports (Clarity).
- Extensive experience with people management, strategic planning, and change management.
- Proven experience with risk management; ability to communicate to leadership.
- Stakeholder analysis proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers.
- Experience influencing and leading personnel and writing business reports.
- Strong team-building, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
- Proficiency with project management software.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large, complex projects with multiple work streams.
- Create in-depth WBS with interdependencies and a defined critical path.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for all management levels.
- Monitor and report progress to stakeholders.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customer and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain resource plans and allocate resources across the portfolio.
- Utilize PM tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiencies.
- Implement engagement reviews and QA procedures per methodology.
- Ensure profitable and successful execution measured by regional goals and customer feedback.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and risk management plans.
- Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
- Manage key financial components to keep projects within budget.
- Ensure timely delivery of deliverables across projects.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $101,200 - $126,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Build and strengthen relationships with the customer and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of resource plans ensuring effective resource allocation and distribution across portfolio of projects
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiencies.
- Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology
- Ensure profitable and successful execution of all assigned engagements as measured by regional goals and customer feedback
