Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is hiring a Project Manager, IT Infrastructure for public sector projects. This role oversees client projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.

You will coordinate internal teams and third parties, manage risk, and deliver against KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer care and stakeholder communication. This position offers remote nationwide work in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 5 years’ progressive IT Project Manager experience.
Top Secret Security Clearance Required.
Experience with Public Sector customers, Federal and SLED.
Experience managing networking, wireless, and UC projects; DC/Security is a plus.
Knowledge of project management theory and practice in tech industries.
Experience delivering PM in professional services.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and track profitability across projects.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day customer interaction, operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
Understands and manages key project financial components to stay within budget.
Creates and analyzes financial reports; tracks profitability across programs.
Develops detailed project schedules, deadlines, and critical path.
Leads internal resources and vendors; executes a communications plan.
Manages stakeholder relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.
Monitors progress and reports to stakeholders; controls scope, risk, and issues.
Ensures on-time completion within scope and quality standards.
