Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects for Financial Services sector clients. You will manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk, interfacing with clients to define scope and requirements, and coordinating resources from pre-qualified lists or through RFP processes.

The role is hybrid, with office presence 2-3 days per week. A BS degree and 6+ years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and ability to work under pressure are

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management or construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be on site regularly during project duration.
• Ability to analyze complex information, organize and prioritize work while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with initiative to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements; prepares scope, budgets, cash flow and milestones; ensures quality control and risk identification.
• Identify resources, conduct RFPs, bid analyses and supplier evaluations; recommend resources to clients.
• Implement communication plans, governance, and project documentation; ensure data integrity and timely reporting; facilitate meetings.
• Supervise progress, craft action plans to meet objectives, budgets and schedules.
• Implement change management, assess requests, secure approvals, and issue change orders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement actions to reduce project risk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
