Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Chicago is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects or multi-discipline real estate programs for Financial Services sector clients. You will be accountable for project delivery across scope, budget, schedule, procurement and risk.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence 2-3 days per week and active client engagement to define requirements, manage resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management and construction procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work on-site regularly and flexible hours.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk.
• Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope of work, budgets and milestones.
• Identify resources, conduct RFx, and lead bid analyses and interviews.
• Implement communication plans and project governance; ensure data integrity.
• Supervise progress, report status, and craft action plans.
• Assess change requests and issue change orders with client approvals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
