Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or recognized equivalent.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and assist with problem-solving and timely decisions.
• Develop and implement program management plans and tools.
• Direct services provided by large program teams or mega projects.
• Promote alignment within the team through regular communications.
• Secure resources to deliver services and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor QA/QC and financial performance against targets.
• Support growth of HDR's program management services and client relationships.
