Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to own large civil infrastructure projects from acquisition through close-out, focusing on safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.

This onsite role spans Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and College Station, with statewide travel and relocation assistance for the right candidate. You will lead a team, manage subcontractors, and drive project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5-7+ years as a Project Manager in heavy civil/large-scale utilities.
• Experience on projects over $100M is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure project safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide day-to-day direction of resources and materials.
• Manage budget, forecast, and schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain project docs.
• Lead project integration, scope, time, cost and quality management.
• Mentor project engineers and coordinators.
