Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large civil infrastructure programs from pre-construction through closeout. You will own project outcomes including safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7+ years of PM experience in heavy civil utilities, with data-driven leadership and a strong command of scheduling and budgeting. Onsite with statewide travel and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5-7+ years PM experience on large civil/utility infra projects
• Experience on projects $100M+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Assure environmental safety compliance on projects
• Manage project resources, budget, forecast and schedule
• Provide direction to staff, subcontractors and equipment
• Oversee contract documents, risks and changes
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and municipal clients
• Lead project integration, scope, time, cost and quality management
