Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Infrastructure Technology Specialist for End User Computing and Desktop Support in New York. This full-time, office-based role requires 4+ years in corporate IT support, strong Windows 11 and Office 365 skills, and proven diagnostic abilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' IT support experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in a corporate computing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms (iPhone/iPad).
• Experience with ITIL/Service management practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general IT service and user support to colleagues in person and remotely.
• Log support requests and incidents; monitor and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with regional/international teams
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve user problems.
