Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Document Controls Specialist to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). You will review construction work plans, ensure compliance with environmental permitting, and maintain project documentation using PMIS tools.

Qualifications

5+ years' document control experience on large infrastructure/transit projects.
Proficient with PMIS tools: SharePoint, eBuilder, PM Web, Oracle, Kahua.
Strong attention to detail and organization in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and follow-up to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in engineering/construction document control for large projects ($500M–$1B).

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain project documentation using PMIS tools and standards.
Coordinate reviews/approvals with stakeholders within a 10-day turnaround.
Implement version control to ensure current, accurate documents.
Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain document integrity.
Manage document workflows and train team members on tools and processes.
Generate and distribute regular document control reports.
Maintain clear communication to meet deadlines on a demanding schedule.
