Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Document Controller for the Hudson Tunnel Project, a landmark infrastructure initiative delivering transportation and environmental benefits.

The role requires managing complex document workflows, leading PMIS platforms (SharePoint, eBuilder, PM Web, Oracle, Kahua), ensuring accuracy, version control, audit readiness, and timely delivery within tight schedules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Document Control and Information Management on mega infrastructure projects.
• Experience with complex document workflows and compliance requirements.
• Ability to establish and lead document control systems, including conventions and filing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced proficiency with PMIS tools and Windows-based software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; audit readiness in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all project documentation across systems like SharePoint, eBuilder, PM Web, Oracle, and Kahua.
• Coordinate submissions, reviews, and approvals with internal teams and external partners within tight timelines.
• Monitor documents under review and follow up on outstanding items to maintain progress.
• Apply version control to ensure latest revisions and compliance with requirements.
• Conduct routine audits and quality checks for completeness and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee document workflows in PMIS and address system issues; train project personnel.
• Deliver training and support on document control processes and tools.
• Prepare and distribute periodic document control reports on status and activity.
• Maintain proactive communication to meet deadlines within schedules.
