Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Document Controller for the Hudson Tunnel Project in the United States. This role focuses on managing and organizing project documentation, ensuring adherence to standards, and coordinating reviews with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in document control for mega projects, with strong proficiency in PMIS tools like SharePoint, eBuilder, PM Web, Oracle, and Kahua.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in document control and information management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to design and lead document control systems, including naming conventions and filing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in PMIS platforms such as SharePoint, eBuilder, PM Web, Oracle, Kahua.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation to align with standards and procedures.
• Coordinate document submissions, reviews, and approvals with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor documents under review and follow up to ensure timely responses and progress.
• Apply strict version control and ensure documents reflect latest revisions and project requirements.
• Conduct routine audits for completeness, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee PMIS workflows and train team members on document control processes.
• Prepare and distribute periodic document control reports and updates.
