Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Document Control Manager (Finance) to lead all document management for the design-build project. You will establish, maintain, and enforce document control procedures, ensuring records, transmittals, reports, and contract documents are accurately managed and distributed.

The role serves as primary contact for document control among Designer, Design-Build Contractor, Owner, subconsultants, and other stakeholders, requiring strong leadership and attention to detail on large

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of document control experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience managing document control for multidisciplinary design teams.
Strong knowledge of document lifecycles and control procedures.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain project document control processes and workflows.
Administer EDMS, CDE, and related workflows; maintain registers and logs.
Coordinate submission and distribution of design packages and reports.
Produce regular document control reports and KPI dashboards.
Ensure compliance with contractual, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements.
Train personnel and support meetings with records of decisions.
