Qualifications

• 5+ years in document control within engineering/construction.
• Proficient with PMIS tools and Windows-based software.
• Strong attention to detail in high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up to coordinate stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience on large projects ($500M–$1B) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain project documentation to standards across PMIS tools.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders within a 10‑day turnaround.
• Track pending reviews and ensure timely feedback to maintain momentum.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and project standards.
• Manage document workflows and assist team in using PMIS software.
• Provide training and support on document control processes.
• Generate and distribute regular document control reports and status updates.
• Maintain clear communication to meet deadlines in a demanding schedule.
