Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for hybrid work in Tempe, AZ, delivering multi-disciplinary real estate and infrastructure projects for Financial Services clients. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk, and interface with clients to define scope and milestones.

Responsibilities include leading resource qualification, bid analysis, governance, and change management while ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work on site regularly during project duration and be flexible with hours.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk.
• Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules and milestones.
• Lead bid processes, supplier qualification, and resource recommendations for projects.
• Implement communication plans and project governance to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Supervise progress, track variances, and craft corrective action plans.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage change in scope or schedule.
