Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join the Hardware Engineering Dev team. You will develop, deploy, and monitor services that manage bare-metal infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-performance, reliable infrastructure.

You will own incident response, build playbooks, and drive improvements across the stack, including CI/CD and observability, with a focus on production reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cloud operations, SRE, or related roles.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) and cloud infra basics.
• Familiarity with incident management frameworks (ITIL, SRE).
• Proficiency with Go or Python.
• Experience with Prometheus / Grafana.
• Experience deploying containerized apps using Kubernetes.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Served on an on-call rotation for production services.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response and RCA; drive post-incident reviews and improvements.
• Own system observability and health using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Lead automation to detect and recover from incidents; minimize manual work.
• Define KPIs and SLAs for incident management and reliability objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to improve platform reliability and disaster recovery.
• Design operational tooling and dashboards; build CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure smooth hardware lifecycle operations from provisioning to end-of-life.
• Participate in on-call rotations and reduce on-call queries over time.
