Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled project leader for on-site client engagements to develop and direct detailed plans, integrate technical activities, and manage cross-functional teams. You will present complex proposals to stakeholders, recruit and coach staff, and assess feasibility based on technology trends and market demand.

You will review contracts, oversee the full lifecycle from planning to integration, and translate technical updates for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals.
• Present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders.
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence.
• Analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures.
• Review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration.
• Translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff.
• Manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities.
• Ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
