Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end programs at client sites. You will guide on-site teams, coordinate with architects and engineers, and enforce safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to closeout.
• Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within targets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across sites.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to protect schedule and budget.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control audits.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Leverage construction management software to streamline processes and report KPIs.
• Onsite at client site to enable delivery and manage client relationships.
• Maintain flexibility to support work/life needs with some in-person collaboration.
