Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of large-scale projects from planning to closeout. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate schedules and budgets, and act as the main client contact to ensure alignment on goals.

The role requires 7+ years in construction PM, deep knowledge of construction processes, and a track record of safely delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
• Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
