Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee scopes, contracts and schedules on client sites. You’ll coordinate with engineers, contractors and regulators to deliver complex facilities, from data centers to manufacturing plants, safely and on budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or a related field and at least seven years of construction PM experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of Construction Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing lines including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Create and manage RFI's, Change Orders, and correspondence.
• Motivate and maintain subcontractor interest.
• Administer the Construction Contract from inception through closeout.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Manage payment applications and documents.
• Interface with building department for permits and close-out.
• Manage scheduling, long-lead items, and critical paths.
• Advise client on Construction Contract and project matters.
• Verify GC receipt of OFCI equipment.
• Monitor onsite health and safety requirements.
• Schedule Owner, Architect, and CM meetings and minutes.
• Hold weekly production and/or safety meetings.
• Review Jobsite progress for quality and conformance.
• Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
