Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is hiring a senior Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases from planning to closeout at client sites in Milwaukee. You will mentor on-site teams, manage schedules and budgets, and serve as the primary client contact to align goals.

The role requires 7+ years in construction project management, deep knowledge of processes, and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites is expected and some in-person collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, methods, and materials

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout
• Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites
• Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards
• Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing
• Leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
