Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks an senior project leader to guide on-site construction for large-scale airport-related programs. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating design-build teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.

The role requires extensive airport project experience, mastery of design-build and CMAR approaches, and strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams, with CAD/REVIT proficiency.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience, preferably on airport projects emphasizing airport concourse, headhouse, or site/civil scope.
• Experience with projects >$100M in value.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build delivery methods.
• CAD or REVIT proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site field construction activities through project completion.
• Apply multidisciplinary construction knowledge, methods, and installation techniques.
• Ensure construction operations follow approved work plans, ASRs, and notification requirements.
• Understand contractual obligations and technical facility requirements.
• Coordinate with Design/Builder and stakeholders to plan activities, milestones, and priorities.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, and schedule alignment for defined scope.
• Oversee manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet budget goals.
• Identify risks and take preventative actions to meet milestones.
• Enforce safe construction practices to ensure quality and cost control.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Ensure implementation of policies, procedures, and project labor agreement requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve contractor change orders.
