Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior program manager to own network backbone and fiber connectivity initiatives across new markets and sites. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring milestones align with data center readiness and power/compute turn-up.

You will lead end-to-end planning, track dependencies, and drive accountability across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, operations, or analytics within data center or network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of fiber and network transport, DWDM, interconnection.
• Experience managing external vendors to schedule, quality, and commitments.
• Understanding hardware development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master interdependency tracker across pipelines.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Own end-to-end program plan for network backbone and fiber connectivity at each site.
• Manage carrier, dark fiber, subsea, and construction deliverables against schedule and scope.
• Ensure intake, review, and approval gates are followed and milestones met.
• Maintain portfolio connectivity view for leadership visibility.
• Engage in technical discussions with network engineering and architecture teams.
• Build scalable systems for intake, tracking, and reporting.
