CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Networking Capacity Delivery to own end‑to‑end delivery of our data center network infrastructure. You will translate capacity forecasts and architectures into fully racked, cabled, and commissioned network fabrics, with tight cross‑functional leadership across Network Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or network engineering within large‑scale environments.
• Experience managing lifecycle of large‑scale network deployments including data center fabric builds and backbone expansions.
• Deep understanding of data center network architectures and topologies including physical and optical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end network deployment within new data center builds and live site expansions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans for network fabric turn‑ups and peering expansions.
• Translate capacity forecasts into actionable program requirements for infra.
• Lead cross‑functional execution with Network Engineering, Architecture, Data Center Design, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and report on deployment progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, optics, cabling, and turn‑up automation.
• Establish scalable processes and KPIs across deployment and operations teams.
